A.D.Nagar HS School was established on 13th January, 1955. Some of the well-motivated persons of the society came forward with the demand of establishing a school in the locality for the well-being of the local children. The school ran on voluntary basis for a period and later there was demand for government undertaking of the school and also upgrading it to higher secondary level. Later, in the year 1967, the then Chief minister Sri Sachindra Lal Singh took over school and its final journey started. In its journey, the school has produced jewels, who are established in different responsible spheres of the society.
Vision: Transforming into a learning organization where everybody learns and every child excels.
Mission: Mission of A.D.Nagar HS School is to provide free and fare education to all the children of the locality. We also crave to provide them a homely atmosphere so that they can have friendly discussions with their teachers. We also aim to provide them around development so that they can cater to the need of the society and above all they bloom as a responsible citizen and good human being.
